Returns/Cancellations/Refunds

LC! Decor/Let's Celebrate! strives for 100% customer satisfaction on every order and hopes that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it within 3 days of receipt in original condition with tags on merchandise. Include a copy of your receipt or the following information: Name, address, daytime phone number, invoice number, and reason for return. Please send your return to: LC! Since all orders are custom designed and manufactured to your specifications, ANY CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS WILL INCURE A 50% RESTOCKING FEE. If you are missing items from your oder, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt or merchandise. No claim after 48 hours will be honored.
